You cook them in the oven at 275 degrees F for 2 hours and then grill them for about 15 minutes at the end to make them nice and crispy. Baby Back Ribs Ribs, 3 -18oz. bottles of your favorite barbecue sauce, 12oz. beer (or water will do). Get your charcoal grill good and hot and in about an hour you’ll be serving up delicious, moist and tender Jacks Barbecue Pork Ribs.
