Rum BBQ Shrimp with Honey-Lime Glaze
Spring is nature's way of saying "let's party". -
Robin Williams
Rum BBQ Shrimp is gastronomic alchemy.
Honey, lime, rum, ginger and shrimp all have very strong and pronounced flavors. But when you mix them all together
and add a little smoke, something magical happens. It really is a case of the result being greater than the sum of
the parts.
If the shrimp are large enough (16/20 size), you can grill right on the grate. We prefer a basket as it is easier
to keep the shrimp from falling through and easier to turn.
You could also kabob them.
