Scottish Ale Steak Marinade
Scottish Ale Steak Marinade is a delicious and simple marinade and rub to
try on your next T-Bone or Ribeye Steak.
Scottish Ale Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle stout Scottish Ale
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- ¼ teaspoons ground Black Pepper
- Butter
Directions:
- Place your favorite cut of steak in a shallow pan and pour ale on steak.
- Let marinate for 1 hour in refregerator or longer.
- Remove steak from ale.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Rub mixture on both sides of steak.
- Let marinate with dry ingredients for ½ hour or more.

- Cook to desired doneness.
- Remove steak from grill, coat with butter and allow to "rest" for 5
minutes.
- Enjoy.
This Recipe will handle 1 ½ pounds of beef.
You can use a good beer in this recipe but it taste best with a good stout ale.
Weekend Griller Tip:
Always buy the best steak you can afford. Look for grain-fed beef with good marbling for
the best taste.
