A Very Simple Steak Rub
that Packs a Flavor Punch
Don't be put off by the number of incredients or the ease of making this simple steak rub.
It is loaded with flavor and is just perfect for a steak that is going to be used in a wrap or salad.
This rub was originally created for the Cowboy Steak Wrap (Click Here for the Recipe).
The amounts below should cover 1 to 2 medium sized steaks. Double or triple the recipe as
needed.
Simple Steak RubIngredients:
- 3 cloves of Garlic, minced (about 3 teaspoons)
- 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mix the incredients and spread evenly on both sides of a good steak.
- Cook the steak as normal.
That's it!
Now rub it on anything that needs a kick in the taste.
