I am going to get some steaks for grilling over the next week or two – my husband is more than willing to have beef EVERYNIGHT! =) I want to find something inexpensive, that will still be fairly tender if it marinates for a long time. We usually do porterhouses and ribeyes, and an occasional filet… but it’s too pricey when not on sale! I would love any suggestions… marinade recipes too! Thanks!
