The Classic MartiniThe Classic Martini

Ingredients 

  • 1 ounce Tanqueray (94.6 proof)
  • 1 ounce Noilly Prat Vermouth
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • 1 Lemon Twist

Directions 

  1. Mix the liquors.
  2. Dash the bitter.
  3. Twist the lemon.
  4. Enjoy the drink.

Do not allow children to mix drinks. It is unseemly and they use too much vermouth. - Steve Allen.
